Acacia honey is renowned for its crystal clear color and smooth, light taste.

Our truffle honey is an original but delicious combination that has many uses in the kitchen. Ideally, this honey should be paired with a mature formaggio di fossa, a delicious pecorino cheese matured in specially prepared pits, or chunks of Parmigiano Reggiano, but also with strongly flavoured mature cheeses or gorgonzola whose flavour is enhanced by the contrast with the musky sweetness of the honey.
