Pasta alla Boscaiola Sauce
Description
Italian sauce for pasta with mushrooms (boscaiola)
Dried vegetables mix for pasta sauce.
Suggested for "penne" or "spaghetti" pasta.
Ingredients: Eggplants, mushrooms, onions, tomatoes, garlic, parsley, pepper and salt.
Natural product. No preservatives or other additives.
Cooking instructions
- Soak the content of the pack for 5 minutes in half glass of hot water.
- Pour in a medium frying pan with oil and let it fry lightely for about 1 minute.
- Add 500gr of tomato sauce or cherry tomato sauce and continue cooking for about 15 minutes.
- Meanwhile, cook the pasta. When done, strain it and pour it in the pan. Cook for about 1 minute at lively fire.
