Tagliolini all'Uovo con Tartufo - Special Package
Our Taglierini with eggs are nearly completely handmade using a process that strictly reproduces or, if possible, improves the various passages that our grandma used a lot of years ago to make us savor her unforgettable pasta dishes.
The dough is made of high quality durum wheat (like Canadian) and fresh eggs chosen from selected stock farms, opened by hand and single controlled.
Cooking time 2 minutes (follow the indications on the packaging).
You can serve them in broth or with a little bit of butter and good extra fine olive oil to exalt the taste of the pasta. Grate a bit of Parmesan cheese over the taglierini.
