Storing

Keep in a cool, dry, dark place. Consume before the best by date (24 months) indicated on the jar. After opening, keep in the fridge and use within 6-8 days.

Tasting suggestion

It can be mixed directly with tagliatelle or risotto, with meat dishes, over pizzas or as an appetizer spread on canapés.
