Keep in the fridge before and after opening. Consume before the best by date (8 months), indicated on the packaging. After opening, consume within 6-8 days.
Tasting suggestion
This truffle fondue, gently heated in a frying pan, is a wonderful way to flavour pasta, or, as is more traditional to flavour risottos: the unmistakable aroma of bianchetto truffle giving the dishes a pleasantly sophisticated quality. Excellent also for adding a touch of flavour to meat or egg based dishes, or spread over slices of country style bread or small toasts.Recipes (0)
