Butter made with cow’s milk cream (from herds of modenese and reggiano breeds in the Apennines) with the addition of black summer truffle (t. Aestivum) 3% and its aroma.
Consume before the best by date (8 months), indicated on the packaging.
Also excellent for adding a touch of flavour to meat or egg based dishes and risottos, or simply spreading on slices of country style bread or small toasts.

Tasting suggestion
This butter is a very versatile ingredient in the kitchen, suitable for quick, last minute dishes. Melted in a frying pan over a low heat, it is an ideal way for flavouring both normal and stuffed pasta, and a handful of grated Parmigiano Reggiano cheese is all you need to add as the black truffle has already imparted its unique aroma to the dish.
