Characteristics
Champignon mushrooms (Agaricus) minced in extra-virgin olive oil (from the hills of Romagna), with black summer truffles (t. Aestivum) 3%, and their aroma, with olives and a pinch of salt.
Does not contain artificial flavorings.

Storing
Keep in a cool, dry dark place. Consume before the best by date (24 months) indicated on the jar. After opening, keep in the fridge and use within 6-8 days. Tasting suggestion
A truly delicious sauce with a slightly granular consistency which enhances the taste of all the different ingredients. Ideal for preparing canapés or spreading on tiny slices of polenta to serve as appetizers, but is also a fine accompaniment to meat. Related Products
