Risotto alla Boscaiola

"Boscaiola" Risotto

Italian vegetable rice with dried porcini mushrooms, dried tomatoes, eggplant and other vegetables and spices.

Natural product without preservatives and other additives.

Store in a cool, dry place.

Cooking instructions

1. Pour the content of the pack in a medium frying pan with 3 spoons of olive oil and 1 small cup of white wine.
2. Add half liter of water and cook untill water completely dry (about 20 minutes).
3. Add some butter and parmesan cheese.
